About the Earthfolk Drum and Dance Clinic
The aim of the classes is to provide participants with the technique, theory, and vocabulary so that they are empowered to bring their creativity and inspiration to shared rhythm experiences. Additional instruction is provided on traditional vocabulary so that participants can broaden their awareness of approaches to music and movement to include a more global perspective and deepen their awareness of other cultures.
Our gathering is an opportunity to explore rhythm and technique where all levels of experience are embraced. We strive to provide a diverse array of offerings and create an environment that serves as a safe space to gather, commune, and celebrate life together.
Come drum with us!
“I really hope that everyone who attends this Clinic leaves with more skills and understanding about percussion, new ambition, a positive uplifting in oneself and a sense of belonging.” Thai Elf
